simply meant to smile

i love life && i love to love life <3 it's that simple. i will always look for the silver lining because there always is one. i'm excited about the rain and banana flavored taffy. old music puts a smile on my face. i'm completely in love && its a scary wonderful beautiful thing. i'm constantly falling && finding myself being caught softly. <3

so in japan there’s this island called okunoshima and back during WWII it was used as the center for its chemical warfare program right

and since the geneva protocol banned chemical warfare in 1928 the japanese army had to keep the whole thing under wraps and took the island off of maps and everything, even after the war was over

well after the war a bunch of the test animals were released on the island, and a lot of these test animals were rabbits

and naturally the rabbits did what rabbits do

and now 70 years later the entire island is covered in incredibly tame wild rabbits who just crowd all over everyone and ask for treats and act incredibly adorable
